| Don't worry John. We'll wait. |
So I'm multi-tasking like the beast I am working & chit chatting with the work hubby & he asks me the most insane, brain hurting, ridiculous, time consuming, question OF ALL TIME.
"So what's your top 5 favorite songs?"
Da hell? I'm about 20 minutes before pre-quit (that's pretty much when I stop working & start jiggling my car keys with my purse on my shoulder) and he pops this question!!! I think I threw my pen across my office trying to come up with something. I've been avoiding my Music Monday posts because quite frankly I'm less than inspired by anything going on right now but this question. C'mon!!!! Who asks a music buff something like this? Why not just ask who my favorite kid is?
*Deep Heavy Sigh* So he starts spitting out of few of his favs and I use the time to not really listen but scribble some songs. Uggghhhhhhh!
Okay, I begin. Top 5 favorite songs. I can do this. Okay...Michael Jackson "Lady In My Life
Just 5...da hell?
Seal "Kiss From A Rose
Oh wait there's Sade, "Love Is Stronger Than Pride
Did I hit 5 yet?
And I haven't even mentioned the battle of whether I love Eric Clapton's "Layla" original
In fact once I got home last night this bleep bleeping question created a Dood & Mommy mini home concert and costs me another $10 on iTunes. Yes, I don't mind paying for music I love.
I haven't even mentioned anything about Jay-Z because that's just 20 more songs or Portishead's "All Mine
I just can't with this question. I'm sure John Cusack
Oh & does anyone know a good divorce attorney? I'm done with the work hubby. First he brings me chocolate peanut butter cake because he fell off the wagon & now this bull.

That's disturbing question, and impossible to answer but I'm not scuuured: Chaka Khan's first solo record, Michael Jackson's "Remember The Time", Maxwell's version of "This Woman's Work", Jeffrey Osborne's "Love Story", Earth, Wind & Fire's "Love's Holiday/Reason" ok every damn record they made back in the day.....okay since this is impossible "Speed of Sound" by Coldplay....no one can do this....i give up!
